BOOKING
If you like what you have seen of my work and think I’m the right photographer for you, brilliant! Please get in touch via the contact form or email me at hello@broodbylouisa.com. I am looking forward to hearing from you! We arrange a convenient time to discuss your needs and what package might suit you. We also go over locations you would want to use, usually in your home or garden. There is no pressure to book during this call. Later, once a 25% deposit is paid and the contract is signed, I can book a suitable date in for you.
YOUR SESSION
Prior to the shoot you will receive a prep guide via email outlining what to expect and how best to prepare. I am always on hand for any advice in the run up to your session. On the day it is very informal and relaxed, we spend some time chatting and getting to know each other whilst setting up a portrait or two and we let it flow. We will have decided some main shots you might want in advance but the structure I have is very adaptable. I am child-led so it will depend on what they are up for doing on the day - I have some games and prompts to help them feel comfortable in front of the camera. See my FAQs section for more info.
DELIVERY
I can’t wait to share your photographs with you! I will send your final photographs via a download link in an email around 3 weeks after your shoot date. As I shoot a lot of film, this time allows for the lab to receive the film, then process and scan it and send it back to me for editing. Depending on the package you have purchased, you then select the print(s) you would like. You also have the option to add extra prints to your order. You now have your digital images and prints to treasure for a lifetime!
